Just like having your own personal assistant, personal concierge services can be whatever you need – as long as they are legal and ethical.
The easiest starting point is with an hourly package – say, 5 or 10 hours. One – offs and larger hourly bundles are also available.
We will have a complimentary consultation to explore your preferences and initial tasks – and then your time is in place. All hours are valid for 6 months.
Typical services include:
– errand running, e.g. dry cleaning or post office
– shopping research and pick up e.g. present buying, unique or essential groceries
– travel research and booking
– online and social media set up
– co-ordination of home, pet and car services
– event preparation tasks
– booking appointments e.g. personal styling for events
The Cornerstone Concierge rate covers the concierge time, and travel within metro Canberra. Goods and services from 3rd party providers are not included.

Business Support services start with administration tasks through to high level strategic management consulting.
Leanne has over 30 years experience in business improvement and organisational development, with specialist skills, qualifications and experience in Change and Leadership.
Typical projects include:
– one-on-one coaching;
– business and action planning;
– scanning and research;
– diagnositics, reviews and report preparation
– Supporting HR functions for recruitment, performance management, and training.
Business Support rates are variable and reflect the skill level and quality required. Packages can be agreed for one-off tasks or regular service provision.
