You will be provided by email with a regular monthly report of all expended hours, and the balance on your account.
This account will show a detailed breakdown of all activity and expenses.
You can also receive this information at any time on request.

Payments to third party providers can be handled in a variety of ways to best suit each situation.
If your account balance with Cornerstone Concierge is adequate, we can pay bills on your behalf and you can top up your account.
Responsibility for payment to third party providers always remains with the client.

Many services can be undertaken without ever having access to your home. Whenever we meet this can be conducted at a place of your choice. For example, you may collections and drop offs are more easily handled through your office; or for me to come to your house only when you are at home.

Where you have entrusted Cornerstone Concierge with access to your property – be it your house, car or office – you can be ensured that we have a security system to protect your trust in us.
Keys are kept in a safe, and coded to protect identity. Your details are kept in a separate database, which uses high level security encryption for added protection.
Our specialist insurance policy includes ‘concierge’ provisions in case we accidentally drop that Ming vase, and also covers if we use your vehicles or even lose your keys.
All Cornerstone Concierge employees have valid police checks and additional clearances where needed.

You may put your account on hold at any time, and we can arrange for restarting when you are ready.
If you have a regular, set service please make contact as least 2 weeks in advance.
Allocated tasks can be rearranged fairly quickly. Please give 48 hours notice.

Cornerstone Concierge has a substantial database of Canberra vendors and service providers in a wide range of industries and professions.
We seek to ensure that the third party providers we suggest are reliable, high quality, and reasonably priced.
You are welcome to ask us to use your existing preferred provider, or to seek quotes and allow you to choose.
Cornerstone Concierge does not take responsibility for the output or quality of service and/or products from third party providers. We will work with our clients to ensure that instructions are explicit, clear and reasonable for all.

Your privacy and security are among our highest responsibilities.
Your details will never be shared or sold to another party.
We maintain our client database with advanced, encryption security software to prevent unauthorised access.
Cornerstone Concierge will never share our clients’ details with any third party providers, until absolutely necessary.
Discretion is our absolute rule.
